We are recruiting on behalf of client, a conglomerate company with core business in mining (Nickel & Bauxite) with annual capacity 60 millions tons and 10 millions tons bauxite.
They are looking for Senior GM Mining Operations who is going to manage 3 General Managers. With the detail are as below:
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Mining or Geology
2. At least 15 years in mine operations at GM level with good records
3. Minimum 3 years in GM Level
4. Have exposure to most if not all of mining processes, exploration & development, Mine plan engineering/survey, grade control/quality control, production, manpower planning and equipments maintenance
5. Strong leadership and a competent manager

Head of Group Human Resources (Indonesian Only)
The Role :
• Reporting directly to CEO and functionally to the corporate office HR, you will be a key member of the senior management team
• You will be responsible for the whole spectrum of Human Capital Management in the group
• To enhance the quality of human resources in the group and to recruit key management in the group
• To implement best - in - class human resources system and processes
• To drive continuous improvement and renewal of human resources management process
• To implement performance management process via the establishment of KPIs for all managerial staff
Qualifications :
• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experiences in a similar position or in senior management position
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Candidates from mining industry will have added advantage
Skills :
• Working experience in large Indonesian Groups or MNCs
• Strong track record of establishing key management teams through recruitment
• High interpersonal and communication skill
• High integrity and professional ethic
• Good judgment & problem solving skills
