1. MINE ENGINEER MANAGER (MEM)
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• Min 6 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position
• Experiences in short term mine planning, long-term mine planning, D&B, mine engineering support, mine engineering project study/evaluation project and familiar with mining software (Minex, Minescape, Vulcan, Surpac, and schedulling software).
• Able to plan, design and review short term & long term planning and compare with production requirement
• Hold POP certification, POM preferable
2. MINE OPERATION MANAGER (MOM)
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• Min 6 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position
• Very good understanding and application of good mining practice
• Hold POM certification, POU preferable
3. MINE ENGINEER (ME)
Requirements:
• Male, maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering, minimum GPA 2,75 out of 4
• Min 3 years experiences in the same position
• Experience in short term and long-term mine planning also compare with production requirement
• Good knowledge and experience in mine planning, project planning, scheduling and controlling of mining operation
• Familiar with mining software (Minex, Minescape, Vulcan, Surpac, and schedulling software)
• Preferably hold POP certification
4. SENIOR MINE ANALYST ENGINEER - SUPERINTENDENT LEVEL (MAE)
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering or Geology, minimum GPA 2,75 out of 4
• Min 4 years experiences in the same position
• Experience in coordinating, directing and controlling the process of analyzing production data, progrees claimn and operational expenses daily, weekly and monthly.
• Preferably hold POP certification
5. CIVIL, DRAINAGE, REHAB AND PROJECT ENGINEER (CDRP)
Requirements:
• Male, maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mining or Civil Engineer, minimum GPA 2,75 out of 4
• Min. 2 years experiences in the same position
• Experiences in planning and designing Civil, Drainage, Rehab and Project that includes estimates of equipment needs, conduct operational monitoring
6. DRILL AND BLAST ENGINEER (D&B)
Requirements:
• Male, maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist minimum GPA 2,75 out of 4
• Having Class II Blaster Certificate,
• Min. 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting engineering,
• Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software (minex)
• Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
7. HSE SUPERINTENDENT (HSE)
Requirements:
• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree preferable from Occupational HSE, Public Health, Environment Engineering or equivalent, minimum GPA 2.75 out of scale 4 in
• Strong knowledge and application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Min 3 years of working experience in the same position as needed
• Having POP certification
8. MECHANIC SUPERVISOR (MEC)
Requirements:
• Min Senior high school or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Having POP certification
9. MECHANICAL TRAINER (MECHT)
Requirements:
• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Having 5 years experiences in mechanical and heavy equipment training
• Having Trainer Certificate ( TOT)
10. HRD SUPERINTENDENT (HRD)
Requirements:
• Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Industrial Engineering with GPA min 2,75 out of 4
• Good experience in all recruitment and training activities, industrial relation and general affairs matter
