Protect in the Group from committing before all legal issue have been studied and defend the group in any law suit against it
Participate in the Group' business scenario to ensure that its companies and project have proper legal protection
Assess and manage legal compliance risk and opportunities for the Group
Ensure identification, measurements, mitigation and resolution of legal risk and potential dispute before escalation to litigation.
To represents the company in corporate action in legal matters such as relation with IPO, RUPS, Bond Issues, Right Issues, Dealing with Bapepam, IDX and governmental agencies
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent.
Minimum experience 10 years working as Corporate Legal Head in Holding company, with Multinational Exposure, diversified products and services and handling various operating companies under one group.
